I'M MARK AMERO

YOUR NEW COACH AND PERSONAL TRAINER

I'm a lover of physical fitness and coaching. Experienced and safe coaching is what you'll get from me. I'm a doggie daddy of two beautiful (and well behaved most of the time) fur babies. I have lived in Connecticut for 14 years and have been a trainer even longer. I'm always there for my clients and I always listen and dispense good advice - if it's wanted.

WHAT'S WORKING WITH ME LIKE?

I am a functional coach who focuses on form and injury prevention. With nearly 17 years of experience in the personal training field, I have found that an honest and supportive coaching method is the best way for me to help you. I incorporate weights while using multi-planar movements with core activation. My clients will all tell you that they are appropriately challenged, but never allowed to take the easy way out.

WHAT I OFFER

TRAINING

I offer multiple packages for personal training including in-studio, in-home visits or online. I offer 50 minute sessions with intense supervision of form in order to minimize risk of injury and maximize results.

NUTRITION

Meals in Motion is a service I started to help people learn how to create 30-40 minute meals that are your favorites, but nutritionally better for you. They are lower in fat, use more nutritious ingredients, all authentic, and faster than takeout/delivery.
